HoW is a private integrated auxiliary of Fruits of the Spirit Church. The extension of our church and our ministry to help God’s people outside the modern Beast system, our work and offerings to our fellow members is our charity to private people throughout the world; which is a sacred right that far outweighs the privileges of public and for-profit businesses. Our private organizations promote cooperation for the benefit of many, not competition for personal gain.

What is an Integrated Auxiliary and Why A Private Membership Association?

The nature of a private membership association (PMA) is that the actions of its members, their discussions, and any trade that takes place between them, continues in the private rather than public realm exclusively among its members. The privileges, rights, and responsibilities do not extend to any man or woman who has not agreed to the terms of the membership association. The members conduct their communication and trade in “private” rather than in public and can therefore avoid the regulation, statutes, and oversight of government authorities whose commerce jurisdiction it is to concern “IT-self” with “the public welfare”.

Each member is free to correspond with any other member within the bounds of the membership agreement free from any external regulation, governance, review, or rebuke as long as the activities do not jeopardize the health and safety of its members, injure members property or deprive members of their God given rights. The activity, sharing, and responsibilities among members are as sacred and private as any member might have with their spouse or one of their kin. Beyond this private membership association, it is no one’s business what we do, discuss, trade, or share among the members of the association. All things are private matters among the specified members.

Here is how it works:

A private membership association (PMA) is not anything “new” or a “fringe” concept.  This is an old business structure which has fallen from consciousness because the state tends to push the corporate organization of business which exists in the “public” arena over which they exert jurisdiction, regulation, and from which they benefit financially. Some common PMAs are private golf or racquet associations, investment associations, dining or drinking associations (esp. during prohibition), and the modern and popular supply of goods and services through associations like Sam’s Club and Costco.  Members sign an agreement and are held to the terms of the agreement.  Non-members don’t have access to the benefits of the association.  Simple… yet powerful in protecting your God-given rights.

The Membership agreement  is outlined and linked for review of the Private Membership Association. You are under no obligation to continue our business relationship or to accept or adopt these terms for the relationship.

If you would like to have access to services in the future, in order to protect HoWs interests and private property, I will need an agreement in writing prior to discussing with you any matters over which the “state” has assumed authority to license and/or regulate “for the public welfare”.  This established agreement allows us to bear written proof that our discussions take place “in private” and is not subject to any state, federal, or bureaucratic oversight.  It also expands the reach of topics we can discuss to lawfully include any topic that interests you for which you believe our skills, experience, and knowledge may be beneficial to you.  Reading the membership agreement should answer most questions.
